NJ man retried on child stalking charges

A New Jersey man is being retried on charges that he stalked and tried to lure three children into his van. Prosecutors say Brian Warner, formerly of Little Egg Harbor, tried to lure the children into his soundproof van in Tuckertown with candy, condoms and a knife. Officials say he would watch the children from his van, which had a motion detector underneath to alert him if someone was approaching. Inside the van, authorities say Warner had padded walls, blocked rear windows and metal plates screwed over where door handles were removed. Warner's previous trial ended in a hung jury. He has been living with his mother in Paramus since she posted $250,000 bail for him.
