Ex-husband of slain Denville woman arrested in WA

The Morris County prosecutor announced today that the ex-husband of a woman stabbed to death in Denville has been arrested. Officials say Anthony Novellino was arrested 3,000 miles away by U.S. Marshals near Seattle, Wash. According to authorities, Novellino was apprehended at the Puyallup Hotel and charged with making terroristic threats. Authorities have called Novellino a "person of interest" in the killing of Judith Novellino. Her body was found at her Denville home and she was stabbed 80 times. Divorce papers stated that Novellino was worried about her safety. According to a document filed in February, she said said her husband would stop at nothing to hurt her. The Morris County prosecutor says that new information in the case may be released in the coming days.Related Stories:
