Asbury Park rejects topless beach

Asbury Park voted down a topless beach proposal Wednesday evening.

The idea came from a woman who owns a yoga studio in Asbury Park. She says she has sunbathed without a top in Europe and Miami and wants to be able to do the same legally in Asbury Park.
