Highland man accused of sexually assaulting his niece

A Highlands man has been arrested for allegedly forcing his 17-year-old niece to have sex and then selling the pictures on the internet.

Police say 35-year-old Charles Raymond is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault for allegedly forcing himself on his niece. According to Monmouth County Prosecutor John Kaye, the girl was paid for some of the internet photos. Kaye says the teen's grandmother found the money, confronted her and then went to the police to turn in her son.

Raymond is being held on $250,000 bail and could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
