New police director and chief sworn in at Newark City Hall

Two men were sworn in as the new police director and police chief of the Newark Police Department at City Hall Wednesday.

Anthony Ambrose and Irving Bradley have been serving on the force for 18 years together. Ambrose is the new police director, the civilian head of the department and Bradley is the new chief.

After both men were sworn in, they each outlined their top priorities. Ambrose says a new narcotics task force is being put together to work in the city's most drug infested areas.
