Police arrest Livingston doctor who claims he had affair with Golan Cipel

The Livingston doctor who said he had an affair with Golan Cipel was arrested by Essex County Sheriffs' officers and charged with pretending to be a law enforcement officer.

A judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Dr. David Miller and he's being held on $500,000 bail.

Dr. Miller told reporters he had an affair with the man who accused Governor McGreevey of sexual harrassment.

He is also charged with claiming to be a government agent.
