Heavy rains causing problems for commuters across New Jersey

Heavy storms from the remnants of Hurricane Frances have drenched parts of New Jersey with several inches of rain Wednesday morning, causing street flooding and headaches for commuters.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Bergen and Hudson counties.
