Registered nurses at Greenville Hospital in Jersey City hold informational picket

Registered nurses at Greenville Hospital in Jersey City are upset over their working conditions. They took their complaints to the streets Thursday with an informational picket.

The nurses say they are overworked and underpaid. They say patient care could suffer if the poor working conditions continue. William Dauster, a hospital representative, says there have been 30 to 40 negotiation sessions and those sessions have been productive. Dauster says the talks will continue until an agreement is reached.

Some nurses say those negotiation sessions have not been productive. However, they will not say what they are planning next if they cannot reach an agreement.
