Tropical Storm Jeanne remnants plagues New Jersey roads Tuesday.
The heavy rains caused the Rahway River to give way, flooding parks and Routes 1 and 9. Many drivers were forced to take different routes. Others found themselves stranded in the waterlogged roads.
Jeannes strong winds also caused the electricity in Linden to be cut off. Some towns even reported tornado sightings throughout the state.
