Police make arrest in William Paterson University shooting

Police made an arrest Wednesday in a shooting that occurred at William Paterson University over the weekend.

Police arrested 25-year-old Louis Stackhouse at his girlfriends house in Rahway. They say he shot a former student in the leg outside of Wightman Gym.

According to police, Stackhouse live in Jersey City and has a prior record. He could be sentenced to 10 years in state prison if convicted.
