Disc found containing U.S. school info in Iraq not related to terrorism

The FBI has confirmed that the CD with downloaded material on some U.S. schools found in the possession of an Iraqi doctor is not linked to a terrorist plot.

The disc contained detailed information on schools across the country, including two in New Jersey-the Rumson-Fair Haven High School in Rumson and Franklinville High School in Franklinville. The doctor was reportedly doing research and obtained the information on the schools' Web sites.

The downloaded information did not include floor plans of the two New Jersey schools, as was originally reported. The only information found on Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School was their anti-violence and anti-vandalism policy.

Education officials in New Jersey were told about the disc last month, but were asked not to disclose the information to the public.
