Police say students staged stabbing at Dover High School

Authorities in Morris County say two studentsat Dover High School staged a stabbing incident in a school restroom.

Police said the alleged victim initially said someone grabbedhim from behind and stabbed him. But they concluded the stabbingwas staged after talking to students and staff.

The 16-year-old who allegedly did the stabbing has been charged withaggravated assault and weapons possession. Charges are beingconsidered against the 17-year-old alleged victim.
