New Jersey commuters who use New York Waterways will face service cuts
New York Waterways may have to cut back service because the company is experiencing financial problems.
A spokesman for New York Waterways says a lack of riders may force the ferry to reduce service. The ferry company serves 38,000 commuters who travel from New Jersey to Manhattan on a daily basis.
The spokesman also said company executives are talking with Port Authority officials, on how to keep all the ferries from going under.
