Cops charge five teens with beating homeless man in Dover woods
(10/28/04) DOVER Police say five teens are responsible for a string of violence aimed at the homeless.
The latest victim, Larry Rodomsky, says he was pulled out of his tent in the woods near Dover and beaten. Rodomsky suffered broken ribs during the assault. Police in Dover say Rodomskys beating was part of something called bum hunting, an activity in which teens go into the woods looking for homeless people to attack.
Four of the teens arrested are juveniles and one, Frank Novak, is 18. All five are charged with aggravated assault.
