Turnout heavy in New Jersey voting

New Jerseyans are out in large numbersTuesday to have their say in the presidential election.

Poll workers report long lines across the state as New Jerseyans also decide congressional and local races.

The most intense political fight in the Garden State may be in Jersey City where voters are not only choosing a new mayor but are electing a state senator and congressional representative.

One polling place in Hoboken had a two-hour line as voters racedto cast ballots before heading off to work.

Polls will remain open statewide until 8 p.m.. Poll workers will be on hand at polling places to help. Voters can call 1-866-MY-VOTE-1 if they experience a problem.
