New Jersey lawmakers, families of 9/11 victims attend Ground Zero rally

New Jersey lawmakers and families of the victims of 9/11 attended a rally at Ground Zero Friday. They want Congress to pass an intelligence reform bill.

Lawmakers say the bill would create an intelligence czar, who would oversee all the intelligence agencies and their budgets. The bill passed in the Senate and is now stalled in the House of Representatives.

Opponents of the bill say it takes too much power away from the Pentagon, which may prevent intelligence from getting to the troops in Iraq.

The families of the 9/11 victims disagree and want Congress to pass the bill when it meets again on December 6.
