Wind chill warning in effect for Sussex County

A wind chill warning remains in effect until noon for Sussex County. Temperatures in the single digits or teens are combining with blustery winds to make it feel like it's well below zero. The National Weather Service says wind chills could reach 25 degrees below zero in the upper elevations. It could feel as cold as 15 below in the lower elevations. Elsewhere, a wind chill advisory is in effect for most of the state. The dress of the day calls for layered clothing, gloves and hats.
