Old Man Winter comes crashing through New Jersey

(12/20/04) WALL Many New Jersey residents did their best Monday to deal with the influx of bitterly cold temperatures.

Those out and about in Ocean and Monmouth counties bundled up in an effort to stave off the cold. Some who had work to do outside, like contractors and crossing guards, appeared to be in a better-than-expected mood in the midst of frozen conditions.

Despite the upbeat feelings of chilled residents, the cold weather can pose serious dangers to those who dont take precautions. Residents are urged to bundle up before they venture outside.
