Acting Governor Codey chimes in with support for Salvation Army

Acting Governor Codey took fundraising into his own hands, by greeting holiday travelers at the Vince Lombardi Rest Area on Christmas Eve.

Gov. Codey was hoping to chime in with the Salvation Army, and inspire the holiday spirit in motorists who stopped along the New Jersey Turnpike.

Like merchants, the Salvation Army has experienced a lack-luster holiday season, and the governor hopes he can set an example.
