Edison doctor born in Sri Lanka works to help tsunami victims

Your Natural Health, was born in Sri Lanka and still has family members living in the area. DeSilva says his relatives survived the initial destruction, but he has heard friends speak of others who were either killed or severely wounded. The doctor fears disease will now run rampant through the affected countries.

Dr. DeSilva has started working with a local Sri Lankan medical organization to organize a tsunami relief plan. Although clothing and canned goods are wanted, DeSilva says the number one item needed for the relief effort is money.
