New Jersey residents relive horrors of 9/11 with 'United 93'

Posted: Updated:

(04/28/06) NEW BRUNSWICK ? Residents throughout New Jersey are still profoundly affected by the tragic events of September 11th, and many of them are reliving those memories with the film ?United 93.?

The film chronicles the last moments of passengers on the doomed flight who fought back against hijackers. The plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania instead of reaching the terrorists? intended target. Some residents believe it?s too soon for a movie about the events of 9/11, but others say the movie is necessary because it delivers an important message.

Many people who plan on seeing the film say they understand it will be very difficult to watch. However, they feel it?s something that needs to be done.
