Perth Amboy immigrants prepare for national boycott

? Many immigrant who live in Perth Amboy and across New Jersey are preparing for the ?A Day Without Immigrants? boycott Monday.

Freddie Hernandez says he will close his restaurant, even though it means he?ll lose money. Other immigrants say they will not show up for work, school or spend money. It?s part of a national campaign to show solidarity and the economic impact of the Hispanic population.

Critics say the boycott may hurt efforts to get legislation passed in Washington, D.C. in support of immigrants.
