New Jersey residents head to the Shore to beat the heat

Some residents have found one way to beat the heat Monday is to head to the Shore.
Some beachgoers in Sea Bright chose to skip work and take advantage of the cooler ocean temperatures. One woman, who works in New York City, said she opted to head to mom's beach house in Sea Bright to cool off. Temperatures this week are expected to climb well into the 90s but mixed with the humidity it will feel like it is more than 100 degrees.
While trying to keep cool, residents are reminded to drink plenty of water.
