Flood-prone areas soaked by rain

Many homeowners that live in flood-prone areas are preparing for the worst as they continue to watch rain fall from the sky.

In Fairfield, some people are so fed up that they are taking their cries for action to the web. They've started a website called Fairfield For You, which is a call to action for changes to be made in flood-prone areas.

Resident Charles Bush has fallen victim to floods and says he's not sitting by while the water comes up again. He's been a fixture at meetings over the past few months, along with many others, who want their flooding woes alleviated.

Bush says, "We need to start causing change and that's what we're trying to do by collaborating with other groups."
