News 12 NJ's Cara Di Falco makes turkey burgers

1 lb ground turkey1/4 c. mayo1 tbs olive oil1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp coriander1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp lemon juice4 buns or rolls4 slices sharp cheese (cheddar works well here)* Place meat in large mixing bowl*Add next 7 ingredients and mix with hands*Divide meat mixture into four equal portions and form into patties - patties will be VERY soft - place in freezer while grill pre-heats ***Brush pre-heated grill with olive oil to prevent sticking, and grill burgers until cooked through - about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending how hot your grill gets.*Top burgers with cheese, place on rolls and garnish with whatever you like!**The patties freeze really well so if you want to make them in advance of your next BBQ go right ahead! Just let them thaw before cooking.
