The father accused of killing his 2-year-old daughter is expected to appear in court in Monmouth County on Monday.

Arthur Morgan III was arrested in San Diego Tuesday night, just one week after police say he fled the state. Tierra Morgan-Glover's body was found partially submerged in a Wall Township creek.

Morgan was in a San Diego court yesterday and waived extradition.
