More than two years have passed since Jen and Gary Preteroti got married in October 2009 and they say they still haven't received their wedding video, which was paid for in full prior to the ceremony.

The Preterotis say they hired Interactive Entertainment Events Center to film the ceremony, but the company now claims it has gone out of business and is still working to produce the last remaining videos.

Gary Preteroti disputes the claim, saying the company has merely moved to Fairfield.

The New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs offers a few tips for consumers to try and avoid what happened to the Preterotis, including having a signed contract, paying by credit card so you can dispute the charges later and calling the state Consumer Affairs Office to learn if there are any complaints against the business.
