2 arrested after video of assault on homeless man posted online

Police have arrested two men who they say posted a video on YouTube that appeared to show a vicious attack on a homeless man in Wall Township.
Authorities say the victim was identified as a Wall Township resident, David Ivins, 50, who often finds himself homeless. They say the men targeted the victim on two separate occasions.
News 12 New Jersey spoke with Ivins, who says his mother is sick and his father died. Ivins says when the pair targeted him on a separate occasion, they threw rocks and bottles at him.Wall police say, with the help of Belmar police, they were able to identify the man as 20-year-old Taylor Giresi, of Belmar. Police say Giresi is charged with aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit assault. Police also arrested a 17-year-old from Lake Como, who they say was responsible for recording the incident.
Giresi is currently being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
