Frigid temperatures and wind chills in the teens are expected across the Garden State today.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dan Zarrow says temperatures won't make it out of the 30s in most parts of the state today.
Zarrow says clouds will build as the day progresses with a chance for a sprinkle or flurry during the overnight hours.
