School bus driver charged with drunken driving

A New Jersey school bus driver hasbeen charged with drunken driving after reportedly crashing an empty bus into a tree.

Police tell The Star-Ledger that Lori Ann Aceta was driving the bus through East Brunswick when she ran off the road yesterday afternoon.

Authorities say the 53-year-old Monmouth Junction resident was driving a bus belonging to the Monroe-based Phoenix Bus Company. It wasn't clear if she was headed to pick up students.
