NJ residents have mixed feelings on Occupy protester clearing

People in New Jersey have mixed reactions after New York City police officers ordered Occupy Wall Street protesters to leave Zuccotti Park, their longtime encampment in Lower Manhattan early this morning.

Some Hoboken residents that News 12 New Jersey spoke with this morning say the protesters are causing more harm than good. However, some say the early morning raid was not appropriate.

The protesters were told they can return to the park, but without tents or sleeping bags. As of this morning, police in riot gear still ringed the public space, waiting for orders to reopen it.
