FBI on the lookout for fugitive from NJ

The FBI is on the lookout for a fugitive feared to be armed and dangerous. Authorities say that Luis Colon Jr., 28, was scheduled to appear in Newark federal court Monday morning to answer to charges of credit card and identity theft, but he never showed up.

Colon, a Hudson County native, allegedly purchased large quantities of pesticides using stolen credit and debit cards. The FBI says it is not attributing his actions to terrorism, but they are asking anyone who sees him to contact police immediately.
