Several areas in southern and coastal New Jersey are ordering their residents and visitors to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Irene.

Below are evacuation areas that have been reported to News 12 New Jersey:

Old Bridge LAWRENCE HARBOR: Low-lying section and East of Route 35., ALL of CLIFFWOOD BEACH and SOUTH OLD BRIDGE -- just River Road.

Keansburg (2 p.m. Fri)

Hoboken All ground flood units

Jersey City Residents residing in ground floor/1st floor buildings for all streets East of Green Street from Essex St North to Christopher Columbus Drive, Residents residing in ground floor/1st floor buildings for all streets East of Washington Boulevard from Christopher Columbus Drive North to 18th Street, Residents residing in ground floor/1st floor buildings in Port Liberte, Residents residing in ground floor/1st floor buildings in Society Hill, Country VillageWall Twp. Spring Lake: Mandatory evacuations for all residents on all streets from Monmouth Avenue and south to the Sea Girt border; all streets from Pitney Avenue and north to the Lake Como border; and all Ocean Avenue residents. All residents living in these areas must evacuate by noon Saturday.Ocean Gate

Brick - Barrier Island section of the townshipLong Branch costal and low-lying areas prone to flooding have been ordered to evacuate by 12 p.m. Saturday.

Toms River - Mandatory Evacuation of the Barrier Island, which includes Ortley Beach, Ocean Beach Units, Chadwick Beach, Normandy Beach and Pelican Island commencing today at 4:00 p.m. Friday. All personnel are to be evacuated as of 12:00 p.m. Saturday

Monmouth Beach ( 4 p.m. Sat. - Please call police (732) 229-1313 when you leave)

Sea Bright (4 p.m. - be out by 4 p.m. Saturday)

Manasquan ? (Beach front area 6 a.m. Saturday ? East of Potter Ave.)Asbury Park - A mandatory evacuations has been implemented for all Residents between Cookman Avenue and Lake Avenue; East of Grand Avenue; South of Springwood Avenue to Heck Avenue including Boston Way Village, AP Village, Avenue A, Borden Avenue; Lake Avenue along Wesley Lake to Main Street, Deal Lake Drive from Main Street to Ocean Avenue; Sunset Avenue from emory Street to Ocean Avenue; Second Avenue to Fifth Avenue between Memorial Drive to Pine Street and Fourth Avenue to Deal Lake Drive between Grand Avenue and Memorial Drive. A citywide curfew will be in place from 8 pm Saturday, until 9 am Monday.

Barnegat Township - (Pinewood Estates Mobile Home Park, Brighton at Barnegat Mobile Home Park, Bayfront East of Ridgeway on Bayshore and East of Powell Lane on East Bay Avenue )Stafford Township - Beach Haven West, Bayside, Cedar Bonnet Island, Cedar Run Dock Road, Mallard Island, Perry's Lake, Pinecrest Village, Manahawkin Trailer Park, Village Harbour and West Bay Village. Point Pleasant Beach - The area east of the railroad tracks as well as residents within 500 feet of the Manasquan River. Residents west of the railroad tracks are under a voluntary evacuation. Evacuations in Point Pleasant Beach must be completed by 2 p.m. Saturday.

Bay Head Areas affected by this evacuation order are all residences and businesses east of West Lake Avenue, east of Wyndham Drive, all streets east of Barnegat Bay.
