Weather Update: Heat wave rolling in

Some Garden State residents may be in store for a heat wave Wednesday as temperatures continue to run on the high side with the addition of more humidity.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologist Michele Powers says the high humidity will be with us for the rest of the work week. He says clouds will also roll in Wednesday with a possibility of rain by the evening.

More showers and thunderstorms are then expected to hit the state on Thursday and Friday.
