Less humidity is expected to keep temperatures feeling cooler around the Garden State today.
News 12 New Jersey meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures are expected to range from the mid to upper-80s in the north to the upper-80s and low-90s in the central and southern sections of New Jersey.
Temperatures topped 90 degrees around the state yesterday afternoon. Newark was the hot spot with a 97-degree reading at 3 p.m.
