NJ to review test results in 13 schools

(AP) - State investigators will review testresults in 10 public and three charter schools in New Jersey.

The action comes after officials discovered a high number oferasures in November.

In a memo to administrators, acting Education CommissionerChristopher Cerf wrote that the reports do not prove cheating orimplicate any teacher in wrongdoing.

Cerf says showing that a significantly higher-than-normal rateof answers in 2010 were erased and changed from wrong to rightmight reflect students' catching their own mistakes.

The Education Department is taking the review in the wake ofrecent cheating scandals in Atlanta and New York City.

The schools that will reportedly undergo review are:
