Judge rules to keep 'Patrick' the dog at animal hospital

A judge has decided to keep "Patrick" the dog at the Garden State Veterinary Specialists following a courtroom showdown between the animal hospital where he is staying and the humane society that's claiming him.Patrick gained worldwide attention after he was found injured and starving in a Newark trash chute in March.The Associated Humane Societies of Newark first treated Patrick and wanted to place him in its Popcorn Park Zoo. The Garden State Veterinary Specialists is where Patrick was nursed back to health.
