Volunteer firefighter sentenced in arson case

A volunteer firefighter was sentenced today after admitting to starting several fires around the state.

Ryan Dellane was sentenced to 11 years at a youth correctional facility.

Dellane, who says he started nine fires in Ocean and Burlington counties between March and August of last year, pleaded guilty to aggravated arson in March.

He was a member of the Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Company.
