Weather Update: Hot, humid weather headed our way

Today might mark the start of a heat wave across the Garden State.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologist James Gregorio says hot and humid weather will start to move into the state and temperatures will climb into the 90s. Gregorio says it takes three consecutive days of such temperatures to qualify as a heat wave.

Temperatures are expected to remain in the 90s through Friday.
