Search continues for 15-year-old swept away at Bradley Beach

Authorities in Bradley Beach are searching for a 15-year-old boy who disappeared yesterday in the rough surf.

Rescue divers and Coast Guard units failed to find Naisere Nelson off the Brinley Avenue Beach before a batch of severe storms moved through the Jersey Shore last night.

More than 100 relatives and friends are watching on the beach as dive teams search for Nelson.

Authorities say a man and a woman from Elizabeth who were with the 15-year-old were pulled out of the surf by fellow beachgoers.

No lifeguards were on duty in Bradley Beach at the time.
