Flooding catches many off-guard in Manville

Residents in Manville are trying to stay high and dry after Saturday's heavy rains caused the Millstone River to overflow.

Emergency crews are hoping the waters will begin to recede tonight but are maintaining a fleet of boats in case anyone is in need of rescue.
