Crowds flock to shore for sunny holiday weekend

Hundreds of people flocked to the Jersey Shore Sunday to soak up the last bit of summer.



With temperatures in the 80s and sunny skies, many beachgoers arrived early to grab a prime spot on the sand.



Some Spring Lake shop owners reported an increase in sales thanks to the ideal Labor Day weekend weather.



Lines at the some businesses, like the Scone Pony bakery, were out the door and reached the streets.



Employees at the iconic Carlson's Corner restaurant say that this summer has been the best one yet, weather-wise.
