A Hudson County father is charged for allegedly going after a group of teens with a running chainsaw.

Police officers in Guttenberg were alerted to a fight happening on Adams Street in Guttenberg on Saturday. When officers arrived at the scene they allegedly found Hersson Quijada, 48, arguing with the group and brandishing the saw.

Officers ordered Quijada to drop the saw and took him into custody.

According to NJ.com, Quijada appeared in Hudson County Court in Jersey City Monday to face the charges. His bail was set at $10,000.

Investigators believe the incident was between Quijada and his daughter's boyfriend.
