Teen shot and killed in Plainfield

Police are searching for the gunman who fatally shot a teenager in Plainfield.
Officials say 17-year-old Kyle Winkey was shot and killed Sunday morning at around 3 a.m.
They say the incident occurred at West 3rd Street. Local residents say that the street is known for drug sales and fights.
Police say Winkey was shot twice - once in the head and once in the arm.
Officials say that Winkey was alive when police responded but later died of his injuries at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment of the shooter.
