Weather: Mostly sunny skies, cool overnight

The Garden State is expected to see sunny skies and warm temperatures for the rest of the week.

News 12 New Jersey meteorologist Dave Curren says Wednesday saw mostly clear skies with high temperatures in the low 80s. He says the UV index was quite high as well.

Overnight hours are expected to remain mostly clear. Temperatures will likely cool down into the mid-60s.

Thursday and Friday are expected to see mostly sunny skies. Temperatures should reach the low to mid-80s.

Clouds may develop into the weekend with partly sunny skies. Temperatures are expected to rise to the high 80s.
