2-alarm fire destroys Holmdel home

A woman and her dog escaped serious injury after a two-alarm fire broke out at a Holmdel home. Firefighters were called to the home just before 8 a.m. Friday, and had to battle heavy smoke and flames.

2-alarm fire destroys Holmdel home
A woman and her dog escaped serious injury after a two-alarm fire broke out at a Holmdel home.
Firefighters were called to the home just before 8 a.m. Friday, and had to battle heavy smoke and flames.
Authorities say the house is now uninhabitable.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
