Weather: Mostly clear skies for holiday weekend

The weather in the Garden State this Thursday is not very nice beach weather, as many New Jerseyans prepare to head down the shore for the Fourth of July holiday.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says the shore is seeing lots of cloud coverage, scattered showers and below seasonable temperatures.
However, the holiday weekend is shaping up to have much better weather as skies begin to clear by Friday.
Curren says the weekend should stay mostly dry with temperatures in the low-to-mid 80s. A rain shower is possible on Saturday, but should not interfere with firework celebrations.
Sunny skies should remain in New Jersey until at least Tuesday afternoon.
