Boil water advisory issued in New Brunswick

A boil water advisory has been issued for a section of New Brunswick following a water main break that closed down a school for the day.
Residents who live between 10 and 40 Van Dyke Avenue, including the McKinley Community School and McKinley Kindergarten Center, should boil water before consuming.
New Brunswick residents outside that area are not affected.
Utility crews continue to repair the 16-inch water main after it broke under Van Dyke Avenue Tuesday morning.
McKinley Community School lost water service and had to be shut down. Nearby apartments and an industrial complex were also affected.
A temporary school has been set up for McKinley students while repairs are being made.
