Weather: Sunny and warm, temps cool overnight

New Jersey saw sunny skies and warm temperatures Friday, following two days of thunderstorms.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologists say temperatures are expected to cool down overnight and clouds could develop.

Saturday should see partly sunny skies with a chance of scattered rain storms in the afternoon. The storms could develop in the western part of the state.

Sunday is expected to be mostly cloudy with a chance of a thunderstorm. Temperatures are expected to top out in the mid-70s.

The rain and clouds are expected to stick around for the beginning of next week, possibly clearing by next Wednesday.
