Weather: Cloudy with possible thunderstorms

High temperatures and cloudy skies brought rain showers to several parts of New Jersey Monday afternoon.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says skies should remain mostly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms possible.

Monday's overnight hours could see areas of fog and a little rain for parts of the state. Temperatures are expected to cool down into the middle 60s.

Tuesday should be mostly sunny with a chance of a thunderstorm later in the day. Temperatures could heat up to nearly 90 degrees.

Wednesday is expected to be relatively cooler, with high temperatures near 70 degrees. Skies are expected to remain sunny.
